CCW
Instructor: Nathan Zeliff,
is a California Attorney at Law, is a certified DOJ
and NRA firearms instructor, and meets the new DOJ certification
requirements for teaching CCW classes. Nathan is approved by
both the
Shasta and Tehama County Sheriff’s Offices as a CCW instructor. The
Shasta Defense initial and renewal CCW classes meet the new DOJ
training standards.

Went to a medical facility 12/30/2025. No gun sign at
door. I am sure this made the sheeple feel warm and
fuzzy. But, no fear, there was a "security
guard" at the entrance. He was not armed, was totally
unaware of his surroundings, not physically fit, slovenly
looking, and sat on his butt on a bench looking into his cell
phone and appeared to be playing some type of game on his cell
phone. Are you prepared to defend against a terrorist
attack? No one else will be there to protect you.

Long Shots. In
July of 2022 at a mall in Greenwood Indiana, a 22 year old
Elisjsha Dicken became a hero. He ended the killing spree of a
lunatic by placing 8 of his 10 shots at 40 yards. That event
sparked the Dicken drill, 10 shots at 40 yards in 10 seconds
with a handgun. Was it a Black Swan event? Massad Ayoob gives

Cops Take Down Dangerous Wanted Felon - "unarmed
felon" but shooting justified. (here).
Lessons include (per Active Self
Protection): felon, known to be armed... Before officer
shooting .. "conspicuous ignoring" (instant red flag,
your radar should go up as to potential trouble). Very clear
furtive gestures ... subject showing his left hand while putting
his right hand to his waist. Given the totality of circumstances
(violent felon that we know has been armed in the past,
currently facing warrant for armed felon in possession. robbery
warrant, and facing sex crime investigation.
Illustration of justified use of force. "Going for a
weapon" ... suspect is reaching for his waist band in a
method a reasonable person would conclude he was going for a
weapon given the totality of the circumstances in this
case. Justified shooting even though ends up being
unarmed. Also, observe firing officer moves to his left to
avoid innocent person down range from being in line of fire.
Also, another officer lowers his weapon (dips the muzzle /
appears to take SUL position) as officer moves into his
potential line of fire. CCW holders are not police but there are
many lessons in this video about weapon handling and training

Politicians enact "laws" violating the God Given Right
of Self Defense as guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment. By way of
example: making it "unlawful" to carry in
churches, public, libraries, parks, hospitals, medical
facilities, transit facilities, businesses, etc...).
One
proposal is that if a Citizen is killed
or suffers great bodily injury by a Terrorist or Killer and that citizen was denied the right to defend with a firearm
(in any manner, directly or indirectly) as a result of such
"legislation", then such politicians who voted for
such "law" shall be legally deemed as a co-conspirator with
the perpetrator(s) and be held criminally liable to the
same extent as the perpetrator killer(s). The legally deemed co - conspiracy
conclusively is established by the affirmative acts of the politician in
facilitating, assisting, and giving aid to the criminal by
intentionally disarming the law abiding citizen victim (by such
"laws"), thereby depriving said victim of their right
to legally defend life. The voting for and passing of such void
"laws" is conclusively presumed to be done with full
knowledge and intent that individuals will not be able to defend
by virtue of said "laws". As such, the politician is a
legally deemed a de-facto
partner in crime and shall receive the same criminal punishment
as the perpetrator(s) as determined by trial (due
process). This would equally apply to death penalty
cases. Claims of legislative "immunity"
are irrelevant since enacting void laws is not within the
Constitutional power of legislators.

...Proper
response tactics for an active killer require an analysis of
your own abilities, the environment where the violence is
occurring, the presence of help, the response time of the
local police, and the killer’s weapons/tactics. They
can’t be codified into a simple “Run, Hide, Fight”
playbook. “Run, Hide, Fight” is certainly
a better response option than passively freezing, but anyone
who is truly interested in his own safety must ignore this
simple, dumbed-down dictum and think for himself.
